TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By subscribing to the free of charge AdMe service ("Service") the subscriber ("you") confirm that you are over the age of 16 and consent to receiving advertising messages via MMS and/or such other bearer as determined by AdMe.

You consent to AdMe using your personal data or profile for the purposes of providing this Service.

This Service is network agnostic and will be made available to all Mobile network customers over the age of 16.

Subscription to this Service entitles you to receive special promotional discounts and free offerings from the associated Brand partners on sign up to the service. Each Brand partner offer can only be redeemed once against each AdMe membership. A valid identity document will be required in order to collect and redeem partner offers, and to confirm the identity of the AdMe member.

This Service may only be used for private non-commercial use and is not for resale.

You must have a MMS-capable handset to subscribe to this Service. Subscribers who do not have MMS-capable handsets may be delivered SMS format advertising.

To Opt in to the service log on via WAP to www.myadme.mobi (data charges will apply when using the WAP Link).

You will receive a maximum of 5 (five) advertising messages per week and no more than 1 (one) a day between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00.

You will receive advertising messages for the duration of your Opt in subscription until and unless you unsubscribe.

If you no longer wish to receive advertising messages. You will be given a message to notify you of your sign-up date and how to unsubscribe. An SMS will be sent to you to confirm you have been unsubscribed from the Service.

Unless otherwise stated above, your personal data will not be released to third parties.

GENERAL

AdMe will use all reasonable endeavors to secure the uninterrupted supply of the Service, and we will take all reasonable steps at our expense to correct any error, omission or mistake, but will under no circumstance be liable to you for any error, delay, interception, failure or non-availability of the Service, and you indemnify us against any damage or loss you may sustain as a result of the aforesaid.

You further agree to indemnify AdMe and to hold us harmless from any loss or damage we may incur by any reason of any breach by you of these terms and conditions.

AdMe reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. You agree that AdMe shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

AdMe has the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time with the method of notice determined by AdMe from time to time.

AdMe is a service owned and Managed by Vodacom (Pty) Ltd.
